Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Knorbis through knorbis.com and WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under UAE law, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

1. Who we are

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or over, or order with a parent's or guardian's permission. We deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.

3. Products and pictures

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sizes are approximate. Photos show the actual products; some photos show several colours or a multi-pack together, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. If an exact colour is not available, we tell you on WhatsApp before you pay, and you can choose another colour or cancel.

4. Prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The delivery fee (AED 19.99, free on orders of AED 99.99 or more) is shown on every product page and before you order. There are no hidden charges. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If this changes, VAT will be shown clearly on the website and in your order.

If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

5. How ordering works

1. You add products to your cart and send your order to us on WhatsApp from the checkout page.
2. We reply with your unique order ID and confirm stock and colours.
3. We send a secure payment link. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
4. We pack and dispatch your order and keep you updated on WhatsApp.

6. Payment

Payment is made in advance, either by the secure payment link we send on WhatsApp, or, when the option is shown at checkout, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure payment page of our payment provider Ziina. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payment links are valid for 48 hours. If an order is not paid within that time, it may be cancelled automatically and no charge is made.

7. Cancelling an order

• By you: you can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we refund any payment in full. After dispatch, our Returns policy applies.
• By us: we may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address. If you have paid, we refund you in full.

8. Delivery

Delivery across Dubai and all of the UAE in 4–5 days, counted from payment confirmation. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered.

9. Returns, refunds and faulty items

You can return unused items within 7 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free of charge. Full details are on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where UAE law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

11. Using our website

Please do not misuse the website, try to access it in an unauthorised way, or copy its content, pictures or logo. All content and the knorbis name and logo belong to us.

12. Privacy

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai. We always try to resolve any problem with you directly first, so please contact us.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
