Delivery fees
- Delivery anywhere in the UAE: AED 19.99 per order
- Orders of AED 99.99 or more: free delivery
The delivery fee is shown on every product page, in your cart and in your WhatsApp order before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, including Al Ain. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
In Dubai we deliver to every area, including Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, JVC, Al Barsha, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Al Qusais, Mirdif, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Arabian Ranches and Palm Jumeirah.
Delivery times
Delivery across Dubai and all of the UAE in 4–5 days, counted from the time your payment is confirmed. We aim to dispatch paid orders on the same or the next working day.
Delivery can take longer during public holidays such as Eid, during sales periods, or in bad weather. If your order is delayed, we tell you on WhatsApp.
Order updates
We send updates on WhatsApp when your order is packed, handed to the courier and out for delivery. The courier usually calls before arriving.
If a delivery fails
If the courier cannot deliver (for example, nobody is available or the phone is not answered), they will try again or contact you to rearrange. If the order is returned to us because the address was wrong or the delivery was refused, we can redeliver for a further AED 19.99, or refund you for the items minus the delivery cost.
Sending a gift
Enter the recipient's name, phone number and address at checkout and write your gift message in the notes. Every order is packed in a knorbis gift pouch. Prices are not shown on the package.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and message us within 48 hours. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
