How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your name, phone and address, then tap 'Send order on WhatsApp' and press Send.
How do I pay?
After you send your order, we reply on WhatsApp with your unique order ID and a secure payment link. Pay online by the link and we ship as soon as payment is confirmed.
What is my order ID for?
Every order gets a unique ID (for example KN-260930-7QX4M2). Use it to check your order status, change your order or request a return on WhatsApp.
Is WhatsApp ordering open 24/7?
Yes. You can order any time, day or night. Payment links are sent as quickly as possible, and orders are dispatched during delivery hours.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery across Dubai and all of the UAE in 4–5 days, counted from payment confirmation.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is AED 19.99. Orders of AED 99.99 or more get free delivery anywhere in the UAE.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or wrong items are returned free. Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the item. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.

Yes, before it's dispatched. Reply to your order chat on WhatsApp with your order ID.
